As a registered member of the HUD/FHA national network, we offer home equity conversion mortgage (reverse mortgage) counseling to senior homeowners.

• Provide one-to-one counseling for interested homeowners
• After successfully completing the counseling session, at the discretion of the counselor, you, the client, will received a Certificate of HECM Counseling.*
• The counseling session will include explanations of the pros and cons of reverse mortgages.

*A Certificate is required for anyone who wishes to apply for a reverse mortgage.
